back from my christmas shopping!
its the first time over the years that we cleared our shopping list so quickly.
got good bargains for the kids.

the battle.3 circuits, as usual.
raced with cjc, nyjc & hwa chong.
everything was good. (=
i tried something new today...
the power of mind
i thought of anything else, except tiredness.
1) i smell watermelon while paddling
- and i imagined myself finishing a slice of cold and juicy watermelon.
it works! :)
2) i was thirsty, and thought of a glass of icy lemon tea.
- i imagined myself enjoying myself in an air-conditioned cafe enjoying that glass of drink.
and it quenched my thirst!
food is such great motivation.
and our mind can really do wonders!
im proud of myself, the team and everyone for completing the race gracefully.
well done guys! (=
just 2 weeks away from marathon.
so much to improve on still.

retail therapy day.i needed it so badly.
i want a break from everything.
i just want a day away from school, trainings to be with my family.
i miss those days.
i feel myself drifting away from my family.
it feels so good having supper with them just now.
though im dead tired, but its afterall worth!
finally,
this sunday i can have my breakfast with my family like before.
i miss the market food.
its been months since i had my sunday mornings free.
battle ahead tomorrow.

its my day off from school!
written communications tutorial cancelled.

bumped into my sec sch friend, rachel.
been ages since i last seen her.
had a lil'catch up session with her, thinking back on those good old times we had back then.
she changed a lot.
like everybody does.
i miss my secondary school pals.
the girls.
im dying for gatherings! (=
life evolves around trainings, school & sleep.
competition is drawing closer each day.
i feel weaker as time passes.
my body has been giving me problems.
mind is breaking down soon.
practically got no time to take a break and chill.
thank god,
today is a good day.
met up with sisters & cousin's ex for dinner @ china square.
thereafter chilled at kazbar.
kelvin joined.
never would i ever expect myself to sit on the same table with him drinking.
ayee. he's my aunt-in-law's brother.
some young "uncle" of mine.
i feel so much relaxed now.
christmas shopping is coming up next.
im going broke soon.
