sunday beaching with sprinters @ sentosa, 28th august 2006
i love sundays beaching with the sprinters, baking ourselves under the big hot sun!
i think im really bad with balls.
cant seemed to play volleyball well.
and i got hit on my face
twice while playing captain's ball!!!
i guess im better off sleeping on the hammock reading my magazines by the beach.
wheee, thats life.
im starting to love dogs.
thanks to geri's cute dogs, and those we met at the beach that day!
i want a dog to run and beach with me too :(
..but i guess the dog's gonna suffer with a lazy owner like me.
a short break away from trainings.
i hope it'd bring me back, fresher & stronger!
meanwhile, don't miss me :P
i love the sun, sand and the sea!

thank you sweeties.i thought i had the worst & pathetic birthday, having to sit for my media research methods paper in the morning and stay home to mug for my advertising for the following day..
but thanks to my 4 sweeties who dropped by for a surprise for me.
i was feeling lousy, but not anymore when you girls came by!
i love you girls truckloads, really.

singapore river expedition with gess, 5th august 2006
the singapore river expedition 2001, organised by goh back in delta, was my very first time paddling on a kayak.
it was that expedition that caught my interest in canoeing and where my fond memories collect.
was delighted that my team mates & i were able to join goh & his students down for this mini expedition.
though its a short one, but i thought, i really enjoyed myself during this trip.
i miss delta kayaking team.
where goh never fails to organise fun and exciting events for us and bring the team together.
