at east coast......
its been a great weekend spent with the team.
it all started off with our training camp on friday.
everything was great!
im hoping for more!! (=
the run was long.
in fact, the longest we ran together.
it was awesome.
no one gave up, words of encouragement were all around.
it revealed the team spirit in us.
500 pushups, its been quite some time since we hit that figure.
great sense of satisfaction upon completing them.
*smiles*

loud thunder sounded early in the morning.
the run to bukit timah was cancelled.
a blessing in disguise?
we headed off to kallang and paddled over to east coast.
had our lunch there and slacked around.
the journey back was horrible.
the current was unfriendly.
many capsized.
no matter how hard we paddled,
our boat dosen't seems to move at all!
thank god, everyone made it back safe & sound.
a tiring day.
today's training was good, bad?
im drained.
my hands are full of blisters now.
paddled 2 super & 1 normal triangle today.
(sounds like some menu.. )raced with the nyjc peeps.
manage to maintain throughout, something to be proud of.
but there's still so much to improve on.
marathon is 3-4 weeks away from now.
my life will be all about training.
it doesn't sound interesting at all. =(happy birthday our dearest old, expired, heitou, junsheng. (=
