17 ways to save money!
1. Get a seventeen card to enjoy great discounts and savings!
ayee.... not necessary lahh!
2. Pack your own lunch to work or school everyday - it could be so much healthier too.
i have nothing to pack!
3. Hang out at home with a great chick flick and your favourite girls this weekend instead of hitting the town for a night out.
ehh girls.. read this. we shall have more economic gatherings in future. HAHA
4. Leave your credit cards and ATM cards at home if you know you are giong on a shopping spree.
i'll try.
5. Don't catch movies on the weekend - it's cheaper on weekdays!
aww.. i dont even have the time! chicken little was my last show... *grumbles*
6. Ditch the cabs and take public transport.
oh yes!!! im still trying hard. ;)
7. Make sure you feed your piggy bank with your loose change everyday!
oh well... no harm trying though.
8. Be adventurous and experiment with some DIY hair colours at home rather than at the salon. But do remember to read all the instructions carefully!

12. Cut out coupons and collect freebies!
-.- i have better things to do. but coupons for fastfood aint a bad idea.
13. Explore saver plans with great interest rates.
to be able to keep the money in my bank is good enough.
14. Read Seventeen's Splurge and Save section for getting the latest looks for less!

15. Play around with your wardrobe to create new looks without spending money on new pieces!
my wardrobe is so-not-interesting.
16. Catch free entertainment like performances in the park or outdoor concerts at the Esplanade.

if i really do so, i'd become a 100% typical singaporean aunty lehh!
it's always easy to part with those dollars and cents. but takes a whole lot of discipline to save!
my 1st day of work @ A.L Associates was pretty alright.
everything went well.
boss is good.
and the time is ultra flexible for a student like me!
i guess i've to juggle my work-studies-canoeing-family well this year.
probably time for me to learn how to get independent.
so many stuff waiting for me ahead.
