i thought i was going to die last night.
it was the first time in my life that i felt so helpless.
a long night struggling with my breathing.
at that moment, i was hoping to change a pair of lungs.

..and this morning i was late for training!
all thanks to jack who woke up late.
didnt perform during training.
i need to get well soon.

marathon is just exactly a week away.

i need a miracle healer.


had a mini gathering this afternoon at buddy's place with the team after training.
got to try her mum's curry fishhead.
yummy!!
slacked around and i thought i really enjoy gatherings like this.
we should hold more of such gatherings occasionally.
