vertical marathon registration is now open!!!

today is a great day.
it feels good to see all the alumnis coming back today : )
come down more often when you guys are free ok?
the more, the merrier!

did 2km of warm up and 2 normal circuit for "training" today.
its good! :P
if only every sunday training could be like this... HEHE

had our mini chinese new year gathering thereafter.
12 pizzas and new year goodies! : )
