i spent 2 hours just to type this:

亲爱的亲戚、朋友们：您们好

在今天我们的婚礼宴会上，经过仔细的衡量，决定不以鱼翅羹来宴客。因为目前鲨鱼已面临到绝种的厄运，捕捉鱼翅的过程太不人道，促使我们放弃食用鱼翅来响应急救鲨鱼的运动。

敬请各位亲戚朋友们能尊重和了解我们的决定，也特地准备了更鲜美可口的美汤来代替鱼翅羹。
